Here’s a little bit about me. I grew up in New Bedford, Massachusetts before moving to the Pacific Northwest at age seventeen. The trek across this vast country in an old pick-up truck that broke down in every state took nearly a month. At first site of the great West I felt intimidated by the enormity yet I knew I would call this part of the world my home and have for nearly fifty years. Having raised my two daughters in our small town, I still enjoy it’s unique small town feel.
I began my career not as a writer but as a hairstylist. I had my own salon and worked in this field for close to thirty years with a short two-year stint in owning a health food store and juice bar. Retail is not my thing and I went back into hairstyling.
In 2009 after much plotting out my story I began to write the Traveled Heart Series. My passion for writing was ignited and in 2016 I closed my salon to focus on my novels. My latest being a stand alone titled Beyond Diamonds.
