Good Monday Morning!

Finished the second Christmas card! I like this one and could fiddle with it a lot longer but I promised myself I would keep it simple! Walk away!

I love the holiday season and I’m happy to say that my Christmas shopping is nearly done 🙂 I start as early as I can without it feeling weird. I love those last minute purchases though. Christmas Eve with the family at my house is a tradition and with five grandkids I need to have my act together! It’s such a special time for us and goes way pass the gifts. It’s the Food!! Well, it’s all that, but mostly the family gathering together. So grateful to have my daughters and their families close by!

I am an independent author in women's historical fiction w/romance genre. Though anyone can read my books, my main characters are women who wish to break out of the confines of their era. I was born in Massachusetts and left home to travel to the Pacific Northwest when I was seventeen. I've called this beautiful part of the country home sweet home for over 48 years. My first novel ~Traveled Hearts~ started me on the writing journey I've been on for over thirteen years. Sacred Terrain and Unending Trails followed and I am into the fourth book-a stand alone historical fiction. Though this is my chosen genre who knows what lies ahead.. sci- fi? Mysteries?
